At 1st Priority Pest Control, we provide complete pest coverage inside and out. Most of our customers choose a combined interior and exterior treatment to ensure full protection from unwanted pests. However, for those who prefer minimal indoor product use, exterior-only service options are also available. We tailor every visit to fit your comfort level, home layout, and pest activity.
What Our General Pest Service Covers
Common pests: ants, spiders, wasps (exterior nests within reach), earwigs, silverfish, millipedes/centipedes, house crickets, pantry/occasional invaders, American/smokybrown roaches (a.k.a. “waterbugs”).
Home perimeter protection: liquid perimeter band, granular yard/rock beds as appropriate, and micro-injections into cracks/crevices.
De-webbing & knock-down: remove accessible spider webs, paper wasp starter nests, and mud daubers within reach on first level.
Entry-point focus: treat doors, windows, eaves, utility penetrations, and weep holes where applicable.
Interior treatments: baseboards, corners, and under sinks as needed for preventive protection—or targeted crack-and-crevice work if activity is seen.
Note: German cockroach infestations are not included in the general plan and require a separate clean-out program due to the intensity of treatment and follow-up needed. Bed bugs, termites, wildlife, and mosquitoes are offered as separate services.

Interior Treatment: Safe, effective materials placed in key harborage spots—under sinks, behind appliances, and along baseboards as needed.
Preventive Measures: De-webbing, wasp removal, and advice on reducing moisture and vegetation that attract pests.
Monitor & Adjust: We adjust products seasonally and based on pest activity to keep your home pest-free year-round.
